Gregory's Starts with One Cheesecake Extraordinaire
What began as a desire to satisfy a personal dessert craving evolved into a passion to satisfy the sweet cravings of many. New York native Gregory Williams established Gregory's Gourmet Desserts over 25 years ago.
His mission then was simple, to create the most extraordinary cheesecakes in the San Francisco Bay Area. And it all started with his original Apple Streusel Cheesecake. Now his gourmet dessert repertoire has grown to include a variety of cheesecakes, cobblers and pies, as well as other sweet sensations.
Oakland's Best Underground Bakery
Situated in a tiny inconspicuous underground space at 285 23rd Street in Oakland's Uptown District, Gregory's caters to a diehard crowd who swears his cheesecakes and cobblers are the best in the SF Bay Area. If you plan to pay a visit, it's not unusual to find a crowd of patrons lined up at our basement door.
