Why are you open only one day a week?
We are a wholesale bakery first. Although we love our Wednesday patrons, our hotel, restaurants, and coporate accounts are our first priority.
Can I place an individual order?
Yes! We are happy to fill all pre-orders for cheesecakes, pies, cobblers, and cookies (2 doz minimum). All orders must be placed 2 days in advance.
Can I fax an order for pickup on "Cookie Wednesday"?
Yes!
